  2. MAVERICK SECOND AND ALEIX THIRD ON THE FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE

STRAIGHT THROUGH TO Q2 AND GOOD SENSATIONS

There is a positive air in the Aprilia camp after the initial practice sessions on the Buriram circuit in Thailand. Maverick and Aleix were protagonists in both session, focusing their work on used tyres in preparation for tomorrow’s Sprint race and the GP on Sunday. The time attack in the afternoon then had them going easily straight through to Q2, with the second and third time respectively for Viñales and Espargaró.

With thirteen riders all within four tenths of one another, it promises to be a weekend where details, consistency, and precision will make the difference.

    ALEIX
"I was surprised at our performance today, especially in some stages such as going into turns where we usually lose a few tenths. The track conditions are different than last year but we are also working a lot on the position in the saddle. The guys at Aprilia analyse the data and from their reports, it seems like that is an aspect we can work on to improve the RS-GP. I should point out that we are all extremely close, so we’ll need to be perfect to qualify well tomorrow."

    MAVERICK
"On tracks like this one, being able to be precise is the secret to being fast. Today we managed and that is important. It means that we have learned from our experiences this season. As I always say, we need to build our performance day after day and always add another piece to the puzzle. It is only Friday, but I’ll do everything I can to stay out front tomorrow as well. We have a chance and we need to exploit it."

  3. Born to Spin: Unleash Your Inner Motorhead with These Top Biker-Themed Slot Games

Slot games have developed such a granite foundation amongst the bedrock of online casino gaming that nobody can deny its rightful place alongside other classic casino games. They've been able to utilize the vast potential within the sector to continue innovating, creating new themes, new games, and eye-catching experiences for slot enthusiasts worldwide.

Unlike other casino games, which are rigid and set within a structured set of rules, slot machine games have more ability to expand, including colossal reel sizes, several bonus games, and themes that capture the imagination, especially niche themes like motorcycle slots. Today, our journey takes us into the small but modest corner of motorcycle slots. We'll investigate why these games have managed to find a bigger audience than initially anticipated and why designers are paying more attention to this theme.

High Volatility Slots & Other Unique Elements Of Slot Gaming

Many variables have fuelled the rise of the slot machine sector, and the intricacies of the game design and the variation on offer in the sector are arguably the most diverse in any casino game. These components have enabled the rise of multiple prominent names in the slots industry and the most recognizable game designers in the sector, such as Microgaming, NetEnt, and IGT. As well as the themes that differ, there are varying levels of volatility:

    • Low Volatility Slots

    • Medium Volatility Slots

    • High Volatility Slots

The premise is relatively simple: low volatility slots pay out more often but will pay out smaller amounts. Medium volatility slots pay out less often but will have higher payouts than low volatility slots. High volatility slots may go a long time without paying out but can result in significant jackpots; due to the rising popularity of motorcycle slots, you can find titles that fall into each category.

Although some gamblers prefer to choose the least volatile slot machines, you can make a strong case for low, medium, or high volatility slots. With so much selection available and so many different slots that fit into these three categories, you can start to paint a picture of why online slots and digital gambling are experiencing a golden age.

What's Driving The Popularity Of Motorcycle Slot Games?

Over the last few years, dozens of motorcycle slot games have emerged and captured the imagination of slot gamers. It's not just those who have a passion for motorcycles or motorsports in general, but casual slot gamers who enjoy browsing the selection on offer seem to be drawn to these games, too.

Motorsports is considered a high-octane and adrenaline-fueled activity. Those who enjoy motorcycling tend to aim for activities that get the blood flowing. Given that online slot gaming is designed to be a fun and exciting pastime, there's plenty of overlap that designers were able to work with. This includes backdrops of long stretches of road, desert backgrounds, ocean roads, race tracks, and gripping engine noises that inject more entertainment into your slot gaming experience.

    Top Motorcycle-Themed Slot Games

Here are some of the top motorcycle slots we'd recommend.

    • Road Cash - set on a desert open road. Road Cash is one of the top high volatility slots designed by BF Gaming, with a max spin amount of $200 and an array of symbols like metal cherries, bar symbols, and bike accessories to stir up the imagery of a motorcycle slot game. Although the game starts on a run-of-the-mill 5x3 grid, the bonus game can expand this and encompasses free spins or cash prizes.

    • Easy Rider - one of film's most renowned examples of biking was the legendary Dennis Hopper & Peter Fonda 1969 classic. Although Power Gaming hasn't used the image rights, the slot has everything you'd expect from a motorcycle slot. There are engine noises and symbols like tools, wheels, nuts, and bolts that match the theme. While it might not be the most popular game, it's found a niche audience of motorcycle fans browsing the web for slot machine games tailored to their hobby.

    • Biker Pigs - the crossover between pigs and animals and motorcycles is one area that has surprised people in the industry. There are dozens of weird and wonderful crossovers that capture the imagination, and Biker Pigs, alongside Wild Hogs, have provided enough entertainment for slot fans to become engrossed. With a popular highway background and a progressive jackpot that can climb into six figures, it's no surprise that Biker Pigs has quickly become one of the best high volatility slots games for motorcycle enthusiasts.

    • Slots Angels - lastly, we have Betsoft's motorcycle slot design. This medium volatility slot has been around for over a decade. It continues to draw an audience due to the excellent and unique graphic design and the attention to detail in the symbols. Although it follows a similar basic grid reel, the graphic design was cutting edge when it first hit gambling sites in 2012. This consistent popularity has meant many slot fans will still seek it out.

    • Biker Gang - Spinomenal might not be the first name that pops up when you’re looking for prominent names in slot game design. However, Biker Gang is a 5x3 reel for motorcycle slot enthusiasts with medium volatility and a potential 20,000x as a max jackpot. Much like the other games we have discussed, the music and symbolism help to consolidate the theme.

    • Wild Hogs - Although Wild Hogs might veer into animal slot territory, we’d say the fact these bike-riding mammals chosen transport method is enough to earn them a place in the top motorcycle slot games. Reflex Gaming only launched this game in April 2022, which is clear in the high-quality graphics. In addition to the design, the 10,000 max payout has people sitting up and paying attention.

    Conclusion

Due to the speed at which the digital gambling sector continues to evolve, slot machine designers work around the clock to try and find the latest niche that could bring them success. Given that they're up against global competition, with hundreds of new slot games appearing online monthly, finding an avenue into an increasingly saturated market becomes increasingly difficult.

However, on the flip side, there's also a market that continues to grow, regardless of the current economic climate. Where there is money to be made, there will be a fleet of designers looking to crack the code and deliver the next big slot game, and by aiming for relatively undiscovered small sectors of the market, there could be a diamond in the rough.

Although motorcycle fans will seek out games based on quality, the main driving force behind the game designs is to generate as much money as possible. By finding the balance between a unique, quirky, engaging design and a theme that still has potential, motorcycle enthusiasts might indirectly benefit from a wave of new games within this genre.

  4. The first accessory products for the brand new BMW R 1300 GS are already
available from Touratech. And the range continues to grow rapidly. A brief overview.

No sooner were the first demonstrators at the BMW Motorrad dealers’ than the first selection of accessories for customising the BMW R 1300 GS were available from Touratech. This makes it possible for freshly minted owners of the new GS to fully exploit the potential of their 1300 from the very beginning.
The requirements of tour riders were taken into account in the initial edition of the range, as were the wishes of offroad-oriented GS riders.

Protectors for travel and offroad use
When it comes to protection, the completely new engine crash bar “Sport”, catches the eye. The contour of this engine crash bar is matched 100 per cent to the valve cover of the 1300 Boxer. Should your machine tip over, the bar absorbs the resulting forces and distributes them neatly. In an emergency, the slider is supported flat against the valve cover. Thanks to the line of the elegant tubular construction, which is nestled closely to the engine, banking freedom is fully maintained. The new concept of the engine crash bar “Sport” reflects the perfect synthesis of functionality and design.
Of course, there is also the classic engine crash bar for the R 1300 GS, which encloses the two cylinders like a cage. The combination of 25 x 2 mm stainless steel tubes and three-millimetre thick, three-dimensionally shaped stainless steel sheets combines maximum strength with an unrivalled low weight – and enormous protection.
If you opt for this product from the BMW accessories range, you benefit from the reinforcement strut for the original BMW engine crash bar, a valuable addition that significantly improves the protective effect.
The bodywork and radiator are reliably protected from crash damage by the fairing crash bar, which is also made of stainless steel tubing. High protection and a spectacular look are combined in the headlight guard with quick-release fastener made of stainless steel, which reflects the x-shaped arrangement of the LEDs in its eye-catching form.
Already proven over millions of kilometres of track on the predecessor models, the engine guard “Expedition” made of folded and welded four millimetre thick aluminium sheet is also available for the R 1300 GS.

    Customised luggage systems
Since BMW offers no factory-supplied rack for aluminium pannier systems for the
R 1300 GS, the Touratech stainless steel pannier rack is an absolute must for travellers. The proven basic construction made of 18 x 2-millimetre stainless steel tube has undergone major further development especially for the new GS. Completely new, patented connecting elements and 3D lugs made of three-dimensionally shaped, three-millimetre-thick stainless steel offer greater rigidity than classic designs as well as reducing the weight. In addition, the rack is only 50 centimetres wide, which means that the rear of the GS remains slim and manageable even with bulky panniers. The rack can be optionally equipped with aluminium panniers from the ZEGA Evo, ZEGA Pro or ZEGA Mundo series, each in different sizes and finishes.
For mounting a ZEGA top case or lashing a luggage roll, Touratech offers the ZEGA top case rack/ luggage rack made of electropolished stainless steel.
The inner pockets for the original BMW Vario panniers or the Vario topcase are a practical and stylish addition, creating order in your pannier and making it easier to transport luggage to your hotel room.
These and numerous other Touratech parts for the BMW R 1300 GS are now available in our webshop. And it pays to keep an eye out: the range is being expanded continuously..
