Penelope's Cafe sits along the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal, in the heart of Goytre Wharf and a mile-ish from the A4042.
Indoor and Outdoor seating with stunning views of the wharf, boats and surrounding area. A lovely cafe in a great location when on two wheels, as just off the popular A4120 at Devil's Bridge at the Vale of Rheidol Railway Station.
