We welcome any business who accommodate for Motorcyclists, who are genuinely Biker Friendly and in areas of interest to the Biker Community. With this ethos in mind we do not include lots of accommodation all in the same area! We sometimes get asked what is Biker Friendly? Well in brief  - the most important thought is that you welcome Bikers!

In a survey we found that 89% of our visitors use only www.thebikerguide.co.uk when looking for anything Motorcycle related, which is mainly due to the large amount of information included, which is regularly updated and relevant. B&B, Guest houses, Hotels, Pubs with rooms, Bunkhouses, Hostels, Self catering, camping... in fact any place which welcome Bikers.

We offer 12 and 24 month advertising packages, mainly as our visitors are using the website on a daily, weekly and regular basis, throughout the year and so they are more likely to look and use the businesses included on the website rather than search the www for information.

As Bikers ourselves we aim to provide an informative website for our loyal and forever increasing in size audience, rather than just a directory with no content or information, as many other websites are - in fact we spend approximately 40% of our time sourcing and including such information and promoting the website, to Bikers throughout the UK, Europe and beyond, to help all involved gain the utmost response.

The growth in the website visitors and of the brand of THE BIKER GUIDE is due to a lot of elements, such as the distribution of promotional items (cards, banners, booklet, stickers, etc... ) across the UK, large interactive facebook groups and page, competitions, charity donations, Google ad word campaigns and in-print advertising such as the BMF magazine and some show guides. To do all of this marketing there is a large cost and one which grows each year - we could of course stop this spend and 'presume' and expect that people will find the website by organic searches and word of mouth, however that can be a costly mistake. In fact one that the heads of Slazenger thought in the early 80's, where they became complacent as many people were using their racquets and wearing their clothing, sweat bands and tennis shoes, so they stopped paying for advertising  - and look where they ended up - something you 'used' to (or your parents did) wear!
