Building on the success of previous year’s "Ace Cafe Ton Up Day" at Brooklands, this year marks the 80th anniversary of the historic “ton up” exploits of George Shuttleworth, famously captured on the 1935 film “No Limit”!

Brooklands, the world's first purpose built motor racing track, and home of the now legendary "Gold Star" (awarded at Brooklands for achieving sustained speeds of at least 100mph, the ton!), is set to again come alive with the sights, sounds and smells of speed, on Sunday 5th July.

In addition to the planned club displays to include with the legendary 59 Club, trade stands and historic bikes, this special day, a collaboration between Ace Cafe London and Brooklands, features runs up the famous Test Hill and along the Members' Banking!

A "Brooklands Burn Up" Ride-Out departs from the Ace at 9.30am on Sunday 5th July. Clip-ons, Rear-sets and Swept-backs - England Expects!

Route:
A406 West to Hanger Lane & A40
A40 West to M25
M25 South to Exit/Junction 11
