Motorcycle Live 2013 is set to celebrate the history of one the UK’s most popular biking haunts.
75 of the Ace Cafe will tell the story of the London-based venue and feature some stunning machinery, including the all-new Ace 1200CR Street Special cafe racer.
The Ace Cafe London ‘Ace stand, display and presence, based on the Ace Cafe T3 Racing hospitality truck, features, amongst the bikes displayed, the Motorcycle Live debut of the all new Ace 1200CR Street Special cafe racer (‘breathed’ on HD Sportster motor in a ‘featherbed’), as well as an Ace 904S Thruxton Special and the unique and historic, 1958 Royal Enfield Constellation ‘Daily Mirror’ bike, featured on the front page of the paper on Thursday 9th February 1961!
In addition to telling the story of the cafe and its history, together with the critically acclaimed seminal book ‘Ace Times – Speed thrills and tea spills, a cafe and a culture’, by author Mick Duckworth, both the all new 132 page Ace Cafe Bookazine and CD album ‘Ace Cafe The Rock n’ Roll Years 1956-62′, featuring 28 British & American recordings released in the UK in those legendary years, will be available.

"If there's one thing that I like, it's a burn up on my bike", released on 7" vinyl, at 45rpm, by Parlophone, R4974 and charting in 1963, written by Charles Blackwell, produced by Robert Stigwood and famously sung by Mike Sarne, "Just For Kicks" is the Ton Up anthem!
Celebrating this seminal song daytime at the cafe on Sunday 3rd November, occasion of the cafe's annual Ton Up Day, with raffle prizes up for grabs to include the cafe's 70th anniversary CD album "Bikes n' Leather Rocking at the Ace!" which features the song at track 10.
Other prizes include 2 pairs of tickets to attend the cafe's annual Johnny Kidd Tribute Night with the band The Fireballs on Saturday 9th November together with the books "Classic British Motorcycle", "How To Build A Cafe Racer", "Building Budget Brits" and an Ace 75th anniversary goody pack.
Spend £5 or more over the counter at the cafe on Sunday 3rd November from 10am and receive a raffle ticket. Draw to be held at 3pm.

Celebrating this year's 75th anniversary of the cafe having originally opened in 1938, and teaming up with the 59 Club's official French Section, Ace Cafe London is privileged to be able to confirm attendance at the annual Salon Moto Legende Show, Parc Floral de Paris, Vincennes.
The Ace presence and display at the show, will include the 1958 Royal Enfield Constellation motorcycle that featured on the front page of the UK's national newspaper, The Daily Mirror, of Thursday 9th February 1961 together with an array of Ace Cafe, Rockers and StoMoCo items, alongside "Gear with Grit" from Red Torpedo, sponsors of the TT Red Riders (to include Guy Martin, Conor Cummins, John McGuinness and Maria Costello) together with the all new 132 page Ace Cafe London Bookazine and the critically acclaimed seminal, 312 page book, "Ace Times - Speed thrills and tea spills, a cafe and a culture", by author Mick Duckworth will also be available.
