Chorley Wildhartz MCC Rock Night

Charity Rock Night supporting NWAA. People camping can get on site from noon on the 5th. Bar opens shortly after. Rock DJ from 6pm til 2am. Fantastic band BLACK THURSDAY play 2 sets. Hot pot and brews provided for donation. Always a cracking night. Lost count of how many we've held! 24 hour loos but no food van on the Sunday morning.

The Bomb Run in  aid of B.R.A.V.E, Bikers Respect All Veterans Equally

This is a rare opportunity to see military EOD equipment you would not normally get to see.

MISSION - To ride from Coggeshall to Carver Barracks, Saffron Walden to raise money for B.R.A.V.E.

PLAN - Meet 09:45 hrs at Coggeshall, CO6 1PS. Set off 10:25, replen stop at Finchingfield, fuel station nearby. Arrive est 12:00 at Carver Barracks, CB10 2YA. Wind up est 14:00. 

TARGET - Park up on runway where there will be military EOD (explosive ordinance disposal) vehicles for you to have a good look around.

There will be veterans and serving personnel on the ride who will be more than happy to chat about military life as well as an EOD specialist who will be happy to chat about the specialised equipment. There will be an opportunity to have a photo taken of you, your bike and a military vehicle. £5 to order a copy. All proceeds from the ride and ordered photos will go to B.R.A.V.E which will be used to benefit veterans. The ride will be led by Iraq wounded, paraplegic veteran, Chris Baker, on his Harley-Davidson V-Rod trike.

We are also honoured to have a visit from COLOSSUS, a jet engine powered trike as a static show piece. A sight to behold. (not confirmed but may be possible to have a demonstration from Colossus on the day depending on permissions and weather) See posts on events for a sneek peek.

Special Thanks from B.R.A.V.E to Cogs for administering the ride. Sgt Avis for organising the Entertainment at Carver Barracks. 33 Engineer Regt EOD & 101 (city of London) Engr Regt EOD for allowing use of its' land and agreeing to provide vehicles and man power. Slick for bringing Colossus. Please note, anyone lifting a wheel speeding or performing dangerous manoeuvres and putting B.R.A.V.E in a bad light to the regiment will be told to leave immediately. All Bikers and Bikes welcome.

Round Britain Rally

The Round Britain Rally (R.B.R.) is a touring and photographic event for motorcyclists and drivers of sidecar outfits, three wheeled vehicles (Lomax, Bond, Reliant and other Tri-cars) and any historic registered vehicle.

The objective is to encourage you to use your vehicle for recreational touring in some of the best countryside on mainland Britain. This will require you to explore back roads and lanes that you may otherwise avoid, to visit places of interest (landmarks) that you may not have known existed. To prove you have visited the landmark you will be required to take a photograph of the site with your motorcycle/tri-car at the scene.

AC/DC Tribute Hells Bells Rock Ryde – Isle of Wight Good Friday

Moorlanders MCC Egg Run - Easter Sunday

Bikers, grab a chocolate egg and head to Davidstow Airfield for the Moorlanders Egg Run. It will take bikers on a marshalled enjoyable route and meet a children’s charity to hand over Easter Eggs. The end event will have stalls, live music and awards. Donations per bike are for the charities Action for Children, Children’s Hospice South West and the special needs units of Camelford and Launceston primary schools.
