Allied Memorial Remembrance Ride (AMRR)
Over a thousand bikers of all ages and interests from trikes, sidecars, Japanese, Italian, Harleys to classics sports, old and new, attending from all over the country to this growing national event. In the UK, the ride is through Cambridge to the American Memorial, where a short service is held, to commemorate those who gave their lives. On the same day rides take place across the USA, France, South Africa, Canada and New Zealand, where riders from those countries go the British memorials to show their respects for those fallen heroes of the allied forces past and present who have paid the ultimate sacrifice. Funds raised go to the poppy fund to support British troops and their families.

An evening with Giles singing Roots Blues and Ragtime. He’s a regular on the blue festival and club circuits in England and the continent, both solo and with his band. The Aviators. He’s possibly the only man in the UK who can play two harmonicas simultaneously with nose and mouth!
Giles's solo work recreates the passion, grit and fire of the delta blues greats - Son House, Fred McDowell (with both of whom Giles appeared in the Seventies), Kokomo Arnold, Robert Johnson. Ragtime and gospel songs keep the variety flowing and showcase his eclectic guitar styles.

BikeSafe 2016
All Northamptonshire Highways and Northants police are bringing the National BikeSafe Show & Track Experience to Rockingham Circuit. After successful years at Castle Combe, BikeSafe are excited to be bringing it to Northamptonshire and are expecting crowds from across the UK.
For the popular track experience (pre-booking is essential) sessions will be running throughout the day (8am - 4pm) and are booking up fast, particularly 10am to 2pm. Book now to reserve your space.
The experience takes between 2 ½ – 3 hours and includes
• Hour long 2 to 1 assessment with police motorcyclist
• Safety briefing and 15 minute circuit ride with California Superbike School in groups of 16 or less.
In addition to this there will be plenty to do for all visitors including the chance for non-riders to have a go on a motorcycle in the Get On area. The paddock will be full of things for visitors to see and do.

AFB 100/500 5th Annual charity ride
The Armed Forces Bikers annual charity motorcycle ride. They are celebrating their 5th birthday in 2016 and are proud to be hosting this charity ride with 3 options.
Three fantastic routes to choose from - for those up for a challenge they have the AFB 500, 500 miles of country and coastal roads with nine checkpoint coffee stops including Thirsk, Scarborough, Skegness, Sheffield Abbeydale and Skipton, usually completed in 11 - 13 hours, early start recomended.
Next is the 100 route - 100 miles of country roads checkpoints including Richmond, Masham, Hawes, Tan Hill and Reeth.
They also have an alternative 100 which is 121 miles of country roads checkpoints including Barnard Castle, Middleton in Teesdale, Hartside and Tan Hill. All routes were carefully planned for maximum pleasure.
The AFB 100/500 is the biggest and most important fundraising event of the year, in 2015 they raised £11.000+ and for 2016 they are hoping they can reach a new target of £15.000. If you cannot join any of the rides, you can also help by sponsoring one of the riders or simply making a donation. 100% of donations goes to our armed forces, veterans and thier families in charitable need. Pirate Trust Charity Bike Run
The Pirate FM Motorcycle Run in aid of the Pirate Trust will be held on Sunday 24 July 2016. The start is 10.00am from the car park at Cornwall College Camborne TR15 3RD, west gate entrance (Blue Building) it’s off the A30. Refreshments will be available from 8.30am.

The Great Brain Ride
Global motorbike adventurer Nick Sanders will lead hundreds of riders on a fundraising journey for this year’s Great Brain Ride from Liverpool city centre to Chester. Nick and the North West’s big-hearted bikers will raise thousands of pounds for The Brain Charity, based in Norton Street, Liverpool.
The annual Great Brain Ride is organised by Bikers for Neuro (BFN) and is supported this year by Birchall Blackburn Law. BFN is a free to join motorbike club that raises awareness and funds for brain, spinal injury and neurological charities.
Nick (author, extreme motorcyclist and patron of BFN), has ridden around the world seven times, including two record breaking tours. He has also ridden the length of the Americas eight times and currently holds the record for riding from Alaska to Ushuaia and back in 46 days. On the day for the Great Brain Ride, Nick will be on hand to chat, have photographs taken, sign books and tell you of his many adventures. All bikers are welcome and the route is learner friendly. Families in the car are also very welcome and there is plenty of parking at the Lakeside in Cheshire. When the riders reach Chester Lakes there is live music, great food and camping. All proceeds go to The Brain Charity.

Mallory Bike Bonanza
The Mallory Bike Bonanza will return to Mallory Park Circuit and will form part of the circuits 60th birthday celebrations. The Bike Bonanza promises an array of interesting bikes and sidecar outfits, showcased both in static displays and track parade sessions. Saturday is all about PR5 road machines, whilst Sunday focuses on PR6 race machines, and the highly anticipated Mallory Masters parade and ICGP races.
The Owd Codgers Motorcycle Club have confirmed the return of the Classic Charity Trial on Saturday with proceeds to the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance. There will be plenty to keep you entertained away from the track, including Club Central displays, trade stalls, live music, autograph sessions, licensed bar and an open paddock to get up close with the riders and their machines. The maverick Michael Dunlop has already been named as the first star to ride at the Mallory Bike Bonanza with more announcements to be made in the coming weeks.

Motorbike: Made and Remembered Exhibition
Bilston Craft Gallery is to showcase a range of motorcycles made in Wolverhampton. The exhibition, Motorbikes: Made & Remembered, will be on show at the Mount Pleasant gallery from Saturday 30th July until Sunday 18th September. Through the latter part of the 19th Century and early 20th Century Wolverhampton and Bilston had a dozen companies producing the iconic Motorbikes.
‘Made & Remembered’ has chosen to select six companies with motorcycles dating from 1913 to the 1972.
